She went inside and asked her parents if she could keep the dog. They agreed, and Avery was overjoyed. She named the dog Rogue and promised to take care of him forever. As Avery and Rogue spent more time together, they began to notice other animals in their neighborhood that needed help. There were stray cats, dogs, and even a few birds that had been injured. Avery knew that she had to do something to help them. She decided to create an animal rescue to help save every animal in the world.
