Finally, they turned a corner and there she was, a tiny little baby tucked into a cosy little blanket. Dad said, “Hayley, meet your little sister, Lara.” Hayley’s heart filled with joy as she leaned in to see Lara for the first time. The baby had tiny fingers and soft, pink cheeks. “She’s so little,” Hayley whispered, touching Lara’s hand. The baby’s fingers curled around hers. At that moment, Hayley knew that Lara would be the the best little sister in the world and that they would have so many adventures and memories together !
